Our recording room has been designed like the famous recording room at Montserrat's most famous studio, in the Caribbean. This studio, AIR Studios Montserrat, built by Sir George Martin, producer of The Beatles, was responsible for over 70 albums and hits of the 1980s including Dire Straits, The Police, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Rush and many, many more.
Sir George's Caribbean studio may be long gone now, but the dream of Montserrat is not over. Our live room was built and inspired to the same dimensions, standards and materials of the original. You can record in the same room design as Mark Knofler recorded "Money for Nothing" or The Police recorded "Every breath you take". We also painstakingly found a vintage Neve recording console, to give you that classic warm analog sound as they had in Montserrat, but we use the latest modern Pro Tools powered systems. If you need tape, we've got that too. Read More..
